All deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the booking. Deposits are designed to protect Power Kart raceway against groups who do not show up or arrive with less numbers than booked for. This allows PKR to ensure all drivers have a fair chance of racing at their preferred times.
Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the event may receive a refund.
If a booking arrives with less number of drivers than they initially booked for, the booking must pay for all slots booked for unless PKR are advised of the change in numbers at least 48 hours before the event.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Drivers who arrive late and miss their race slot are not eligible for a refund. Power Kart Raceway will make all efforts to reschedule the drivers in subsequent races where racing slots are available on the day. Should no racing slots be available no refunds will be given.
Bookings without a deposit will be held for a maximum of three (3) days before a deposit is required. If a deposit is not paid within this time the booking maybe removed from the schedule to allow other drivers to secure those track slots.
Motor sport is a 0.00% blood alcohol content (BAC) sport and has a zero tolerance to illicit drugs. Any person who attends Power Kart Raceway and is under the influence, or suspected of being under the influence or drugs or alcohol, or refuses a BAC test will not receive a refund.
During school holidays bookings may require full payment up front, this is to ensure there is room for all drivers during the peak periods. Full payments during peak periods are non-refundable or transferable.
Race credits are not transferable.
Race credits cannot be converted between race types. Family, Junior, Adult or Special Event racing.
In the unlikely case a driver is unable to continue a race for any reason and exits the race before the conclusion of the race, then the race and other purchased races are at the discretion of Power Kart Raceway and may be credited to the drivers profile to use at a later date. Refunds are not available as they are within the 48 hour cancellation window.
